Carbon Leaf came to town as part of their "Indian Summer Revisited" tour and as promised, gently melted our faces with their unique blend of alt-country, Celtic and folk-infused Indie Rock. These guys are good, no these guys are great! Excellent musicians one and all! They mentioned playing 30 shows in 32 days, which shows in the tightness of the set. For the last song of the evening, they gathered the essentials and made their way to the middle of the audience. What a cool moment. This was the first time I've ever been shushed at a concert.
